Balkan burek is a type of pie that can be found throughout the Balkans. It’s often made with feta cheese, onions, potatoes, spinach and spices like black pepper or paprika. The dough is usually layered with cheese, rolled up into a log shape, then baked until it becomes crispy on the outside.
