The first Burrata Italiana restaurant was opened on 07/03/2021 in Varna at Iztok Port – Sea Station.
The restaurant is modern and stylishly furnished, and the atmosphere creates a feeling of both elegance and coziness.
Restaurant Burrata Italiana Varna has 250 seats in its indoor part and 60 in the open.
The restaurant is divided into an inner garden, a main hall and a terrace. In the inner hall, there is a cooking show area that captures the customer’s attention, as it shows us live how the food is prepared on site.
Burrata Italiana is the new Italian restaurant opened by the creators of Happy Bar & Grill. The menu offers the best of Italian cuisine as well as modern European classics. Burrata Italiana will transport you to Italy with the aroma of hot pizza, homemade pasta, traditional Italian specialties to be enjoyed with a glass of selected Italian wine and a unique view.
Burrata Italiana fills an almost empty niche in the restaurant scene – that of the authentic yet modern urban Italian restaurant typical of places like Milan, New York or the Isle of Capri.
The chemistry between dough, tomato sauce, cheeses and all kinds of flavors that happens in pizza ovens is La Dolce Vita.
Created in an authentic Neapolitan tradition, our oven combines the classics with the latest innovations in terms of technology and design. 2500 kg floating in a balloon – a look reminiscent of the old foundries of the beginning of the last century, a special coating of iron and steel.
If you ever come across GEA, you can’t help but notice it because it looks like an optical illusion. It has a 150 cm cooking plate with a high production capacity, being the only rotary oven with a flame on both sides, so that we can enjoy the authentic Italian taste.
