The restaurant’s main attraction is the cuisine of Bulgaria, which has been enjoyed for thousands of years, stretching from Great Bulgaria to the south and north of the Danube, the Mediterranean coast, and all the way to Asia.
We want to serve food to our guests that has been preserved from the past, forgotten, and just waiting to be rediscovered, as well as the methods used to prepare it.
