The chef recommends the dish for which the restaurant proudly bears the name “TOMAHAWK”. This type of steak is prepared in a charcoal oven. The origin of this meat is Black Angus. It is characterized by a better marbling of the meat compared to the meat of other cattle breeds. Marbling is the amount of intramuscular fat that improves the overall flavor, gives tenderness and retains moisture in the meat while cooking and roasting (especially at high temperatures). Black Angus beef is fed fresh grass, so their meat is healthier than most other animal products on the market. Our meat consists of the best specimens.
