Restaurant Зьэьт is one of the first establishments in the Creative Industries District. The idea took shape over a romantic dinner and grew into a business plan that was quickly implemented and is now widely deployed. At the beginning, the owners saw potential in the “Kapana” district, that’s why they took the small space on “Zlatarska” street, which gathers not many people, but is cozy and compact. In the winter of 2015, the restaurant opened its doors and began to receive visitors, who remained fascinated by the family atmosphere and delicious food served with attitude. Initially, they worked with a small team – two chefs and three waiters, but over time they grew to a much larger team, which had to take on the ever-increasing influx of customers.
Restaurant Pavaj is one of the first in the neighborhood, which stands out as a place for creative meetings, family events or friendly meetings over beer. Restaurant Pavage offers a varied menu from Bulgarian and international cuisine, with the origin of the products guaranteed. The establishment works with fresh fruits and vegetables from local producers.
Today Pavaт extends over a fairly large area and outside, and finding a place without a reservation is downright mission impossible. Weekends are busy for the week ahead. In case you have decided to visit them, it is good to call in advance at least a few days before the time for the desired lunch or dinner.
