The Restaurant Olio D’Oliva offers Italian specialties and delights that feature the traditional cuisine. The name of the restaurant comes from the ingredients, which is a motto for us Italians who value wholesome food.
The main ingredient in the preparation of our pizza and paninozza, as well as the flour (of our production from the wheat fields we have in Sicily) and Italian water, is “the extra virgin olive oil” from specific Italian locations and of our production from the “Pontina area” in the Lazio region (ITALY).
Our pizza has a delicate flavor and is light, soft, and wood-fired. Each pizza is produced by hand and roasted in our 100% wood-fired ovens to temperatures exceeding 300 degrees in accordance with traditional methods. The dough is made with bio semi-integral flour, 100% “Black” Activated Carbon, and spirulina.
Burrata and mozzarella are imported from Italy. A focus to quality and freshness guides the selection of the toppings, which include fresh seasonal vegetables and meats.
