The entire team of restaurant Festival is composed of young people, some of whom have been friends since school. The two are determined to prepare everything themselves and have spent a long time studying to improve their culinary skills and are convinced that they will offer something tasty and of high quality to their customers. Work does not scare them, but rather motivates them to learn new and new skills and seek opportunities for development.
After choosing the recipes for the menu, they came up with the name – Festival. Because festivals around the world bring together a diversity of cultures, and their list of dishes is influenced by a variety of cuisines. Together with an experienced chef, they taste each recipe and add something new to the well-known flavors as an accent and in line with the latest culinary trends. Well, they didn’t miss their favorite food from childhood – the homemade fried meatballs from grandma’s notebook, which immediately transport you back at least a decade to the memories of that carefree time when you quickly ate them on foot with a slice of bread in one hand so as not to lose not a second of friends and game time.
For all connoisseurs, we advise not to miss the pork ears, which are incredibly crispy and a perfect complement to a glass of red wine in winter. The selection of wines in restaurant Festival is entirely Bulgarian, and with your meal, don’t forget to order bread baked on the spot according to the restaurant’s recipe. From the desserts, we recommend the warm cookie with apple and white chocolate.
