Restaurant Artishock
Artishock officially opened a year ago on August 9th. Since then, every day our plans for the restaurant are evolving and we have new and new ideas. Our menu is proof of this – we surprise our customers with the presence of seafood, and at the same time traditional Bulgarian cuisine, which we serve in an authentic way.
Many high-level chefs have visited our restaurant and each one has left us something. For example, chef Milen Zlatev used to come here, after him Austrian chefs visited us, our friends also give us ideas. Thus, a good mix was obtained, which makes up a menu suitable for every taste.
A good portion of food also requires quality products, and we do not compromise on that. Before the pandemic, we relied on our own vegetable production. We currently work with a company that grows high quality produce and source through them. Artishock care extremely about quality and this is beyond comment. For us, first of all, it is important that the customer is satisfied, that is why we are ready to return an order if the customer decides and to provide a new portion. Although this almost never happened to us.
