Pere Ubu

The well-known Pere Ubu in Glyfada is a eclectic bar restaurant, a point of reference in the area. These are two spaces united that form a separate concept of food and drink and appeals to all tastes. On the one hand there is a burger bar, “pere” and right next to it is “ubu” with an all day character and more bio-organic and healthy culinary suggestions. The culinary supervision and guidance for the creation of Pere Ubu’s menus is the work of acclaimed chef Kostas Tsigas. Pere is essentially an all day bar restaurant with a menu inspired by the cuisines of the American south, with elements of soul food but also from Brazil, Peru and some dishes from Asia. Ubu pure food is, as its name suggests, a place where fresh juices are served, the majority of which are prepared with raw materials of organic origin. Many ingredients have been replaced by alternatives such as gluten-free flour, nut butters, and more. The kitchen at both Pere and Ubu is open from early in the morning for breakfast or brunch until late at night to enjoy wonderful meals with unique recipes that will delight you.
