Peran

Peran is an authentic restaurant with national cuisine, located in Nea Chalkidona. The flavors and aromas of the historical area Beyond Constantinople, are alive in the memory of those who lived or visited the City. Respecting this tradition, we took care of and made the best use of the culinary heritage of the City, passing on the uniqueness and richness of this traditional cuisine to the restaurant of the same name in Athens, a restaurant that became a model for the restaurants of this emerging cuisine.
