La Gabinoteca

The concept, modern, casual and cool, comes to us from Madrid. The reason for “La Gabinoteca”, which, in addition to the Spanish Calle de Fernández de la Hoz, opened its doors yesterday also in our own Kefalari. Its decor is a warm rendition of the “industrial” aesthetic, while the kitchen here has been trained by there – Nino Redruello and his team – and prepares the same series of funky-creative small plates that already from your “utterance” arouse interest: NO autentica ensalada Cesar (the NON-authentic Caesar salad), shaken gazspacho (cold tomato soup in a shaker), VIP or Very Important prawns, duck tacos, burger with beef tartare, Mental and curry sauce… The cocktails also sound correspondingly original, the wine list favors the Greek vineyard, while the white and red sangria are not missing either.
