ABOUT US The ConTempo restaurant is in the fast casual segment. The concept allows elements of customer participation in the preparation of the food that is ordered. This is how we preserve the maximum individuality in the taste preferences of each customer. ConTempo sits between casual dining and fast food. This is a new type of restaurant where attention is paid to the quality and taste of the food. The cuisine offered is Italian, the most popular and loved by the modern young urban public. Our mission is enshrined in our slogan: “The food makes me happy” CONCEPT ConTempo is an Italian Show Cooking restaurant, where food is prepared in front of customers in a cozy, pleasant, informal and modern atmosphere. There are no waiters in the restaurant. Customers themselves visit the various points for the preparation of the specialties and order from the wide assortment of salads, soups, fresh pasta, pizza, risotto. They observe and are in constant contact with the chefs, and can easily change the ingredients of their dishes according to their individual taste and desire. ATMOSPHERE The interior is modern, non-committal, radiating warmth and coziness. All cooking appliances are professional from renowned global manufacturers. The pizza oven is wood fired. It maintains a constant temperature of 350oC. The restaurant has a size of 330 sq. m. and 250 seats, and a large part of it is an outdoor panoramic terrace with a view of Vitosha. Our guests are modern, active, young people. They enjoy life by giving great importance to good healthy food and always strive to be one step ahead of others. BREAKFAST Here you will find freshly baked traditional Bulgarian patties, unique croissants with butter and various types of homemade jam, chocolate, cheese and Italian salami. And a must, aromatic Italian coffee, different types of tea, fresh drinks and soft drinks. LUNCH Each of our guests can enjoy a wide assortment of healthy, aromatic soups and salads. Authentic Italian pizzas from slow-fermented homemade sourdough, baked in a wood-fired oven. A variety of lasagne, ciabatta and crispy focaccia. Different types of Italian meat specialties.
