I Fabrika tou Eufrosinou

The Factory of Efrosynos is a new traditional tavern in Koukaki, created by Giorgos Gatsos. The name of this tavern comes from the patron saint of cooks, Saint Euphrosynos. The restaurant’s menu consists of rare and special mezes such as Zakynthos oil cheese with pepper jam, grilled manouri, Kozani toulomotiri, and spicy serve (Metsovo goat cheese).
