On the pedestrian street of Thisiou, the Hill Athens restaurant searches for raw materials from small Greek producers and offers Greek flavors with an updated wine cellar and Mediterranean cocktails with a unique view of the Acropolis and Lycabettus. Modern Greek cuisine and its recipes are at the heart of Hill Athens’ culinary philosophy. A philosophy that is clearly and simply reflected in the menu designed and edited by award-winning chef Dimitris Dimitriadis, while masterfully implemented by chef Iordanis Iliadis and his team. The wine list was created by Dimitris Spyropoulos, one of the most renowned and qualified winemakers.
