Stara Zagora already has its own “Shashtlivets”. On October 6, 2011, another restaurant with the well-known name “Shstastlivetsa” opened in the “Gallery” mall. The beginning was made in 1997 in the old capital. The establishment is named after the great Bulgarian writer Aleko Konstantinov, whose pen name is Stastlivetsa. At first, the interior of the restaurants was domestic and referred to the Bai Gan era, but then it “jumped” to Europe from the 1930s. The “Happy” in the city of lindens was built in the same style. Retro accents add calmness to the atmosphere and create a sense of home comfort. The street lamps, which are unobtrusively present in the hall, fully fit into the concept of the overall lighting of the establishment. They break up the space and make the setting even more casual. Stylish furniture, upholstered in warm pastel colors, complements the elegant atmosphere, which does not intrude with excess luxury and glitz. “A collection of flavors and aromas” is the motto that unites the offers on the menu of “Shatstlivetsa”. The chefs in the kitchen are winners of many awards from prestigious culinary competitions at home and abroad. It is impossible to arrange all the highlights in the sheet, traditionally made in the format of a photo album. Dishes from different parts of Europe and from all corners of Bulgaria are present in it. The great Hungarian goulash and the cream soup of fresh zucchini with Emmental cheese coexist with typical Bulgarian feasts, casseroles, homemade dumplings and other delicious meat and lean delights. For the first time in Stara Zagora, the guests of “Shtastlivetsa” will be able to try fresh pasta, prepared on site in the restaurant with special Italian flour. Spaghetti, tagliatelle, penne are served with your choice of sauce. A lunch menu is provided for each day of the week. It offers both traditional local dishes and hot dishes from European cuisine. One of the trademarks of Shtastlivetsa is the themed dinners dedicated to the cuisines of different nations. Upon prior request from customers, the restaurant also prepares themed dinners for small groups.
