The name HAMA has been known in Glyfada for years. With a new attitude but with a lot of love for quality and respect for the people who support us, we built the same space in Kifissia. Thanos Karaolanis, a young chef with experience from his previous service in England (Nobu, Seven Parks Place, Dinings) using the finest raw material, lets his imagination combine Japanese cuisine with inspirations from Peru and the result is unique.
