Foukou is the new Cypriot restaurant in Ilisia that opened its doors a few months ago. In Fouko, the food is divided into three categories, those that are grilled, stewed and roasted. On the coals you will try various Cypriot delicacies such as handmade sieftalies, wine sausages, Cypriot pastourma and of course grilled halloumi. If you prefer baked or stewed dishes, we recommend that you try traditional Cypriot cuisine by trying Kleftiko lamb, slow-cooked in the oven for 7 hours, meatballs and ravioli with halloumi and mint, or afelia and overnight potatoes. In case you are a large group, we suggest you choose the variety of Cypriot appetizers, where more than 20 appetizers will be brought to your table for a unique dining experience!
