Restaurant “Ethno” is a different place for your meetings with friends or business partners, for your family celebration, for large festive gatherings or simply for a glass of your favorite drink shared with loved ones. The restaurant has two halls and 180 seats. It has a workshop meeting all European requirements related to food, where all products are processed. The team of professionals can prepare both challenging dishes and traditional Bulgarian cuisine. You can experiment by trying dishes from Arabic, Mexican, Italian cuisine. Some of the dishes have their own history or legend, such as the “Baba Ganoush” appetizer. It is said to have been created by the women in the Sultan’s harem. They passed it on to each other, trying to win the Sultan’s favor as much as possible. In terms of drinks, you will probably have difficulty, because along with the traditional Bulgarian wines from our most famous wineries, you will be tempted to try the ones offered. The interior is a combination of original ideas, realized only with natural materials – wood, stone, etc. The restaurant offers catering, home delivery, organizing parties and all kinds of other celebrations. In addition to all this, only in the “Ethno” restaurant you can enjoy a rich fish menu and fish delicacies (mussels, squid, octopus).
