The new trattoria of Glyfada premiered two months ago, with… producer T. Veremis (of StraDa Films), taste director Kostas Tsigas and a domed stone oven starring in its open kitchen. The American tin ceilings, the Italian tiles with geometric patterns and the weathered, “raw” walls, where you will see a portrait of De Niro painted on metal, set a modern scene, warm and neat, while its taste proposal it looks interesting: the menu at Cantinetta includes pizza with broccoli, caciocavallo, sausage and hot pepper, pappardelle with rabbit ragout and aromatic finocchiona salami, agnolotti stuffed with gorgonzola and radicchio, with fonduta and pancetta and much more. New summer additions to the menu from mid-June.
