Basilico (“Basilico”) over time and in many cultures, is considered the symbol of love, wealth and protection. A fitting name chosen by the Petousi family to name their restaurant, with care and love in all the details, from the food to the environment where you sit. Vassiliko is a summer restaurant with open spaces and a wonderful view of the beach in Nydri. The decor is simple but understated with soft lighting and off-white furniture with natural materials. The open spaces of the restaurant take full advantage of the beautiful natural scenery and the sunny weather. Vasiliko offers many dining options and encourages you to have a pleasant time throughout the day. Eleni, the restaurant’s cook, but above all a mother, with 25 years of experience, joined her knowledge with her two sons, Kostas and Thodoris, so that you can try traditional Greek flavors with fresh ingredients at “Basilico” from Lefkada and all of Greece.
