With colors of Persia and impeccable service in an atmospheric space where you feel at home, Anahita, the first Persian restaurant in Greece, has for years kept the traditional taste of the East and the excellent quality of its ingredients. Colors and aromas captivate you upon entering. Rice, the basis of Persian cuisine, comes in a variety of recipes to satisfy all tastes. Exquisite oriental dishes combine basmati with fresh meats. Peels of fresh citrus fruits, pistachios, raisins, fresh pomegranate, are orientally colored with Persian saffron, rose water and herbal extracts. The meats, properly cut and gently marinated, with gentle flavors of grilled herbs, teach us what ethnic cuisine means. Flavors that play delightfully with fresh eggplant, mint flavored yogurt and fresh salads are the ideal menu for the whole day and at very affordable prices for everyone. At Anahita, dishes are served that have in them all the soul and flavor of the East. And how else could it be, since all the recipes are made with the care of Nasreens in the kitchen and all the ingredients are supervised by Majid, the owner of the shop, making sure that the dishes not only satisfy our taste buds but also do not burden our stomachs!
