Alficon is the new restaurant in Pagrati where two young but very talented chefs decided to introduce us to the new Greek cuisine. Through Alficon, Dimitris Zympa and Nikos Borgias want to highlight modern Greek cuisine, freed from the ideology that prevails around the culinary scene of Greece.
