Aji Sushi Bar

Aji means “taste” in Japanese. This minimalist Japanese restaurant is dressed in a soothing combination of white and black, with rows of bamboo on the wall. It came to the heart of Athens, on Diomeias Street (perpendicular to Ermou), with a collection of spicy tuna, rainbow and California rolls, various nigiri and sashimi, but also tartare, soups and salads. Here you will accompany your Japanese choices with Asahi or Saporo beer, but also with one of the cocktails suggested by the bar: a saketini, a Ninja Mojito or a Yamazaki delight with Japanese whiskey, cider, lime and cinnamon.
