Agaze Santorini Restaurant Bistro offers a new dining experience in the exciting context of the Tower. One of the most charming and authentic villages of the island of Santorini. Agaze is a restaurant-bistro that highlights the culinary art respecting the heritage and belonging to the Greek country. Francesca Tsebeli’s love for tradition and travel is at the bottom of the concept of Agaze: having wandered around the world she understood the relevance of food as one of the main characters of culture. This is the core of the project, to establish a modern Greek bistro inspired by tradition.
