Restaurant 333 & Chef’s Workshop in Syntagma is a new venue that offers Mediterranean fusion cuisine based on seasonality. 333 starts in the morning with coffee accompanied by beignets from New Orleans, while an early brunch is also served with recipes for pancakes, beignets and amazing steak sandwiches. The coffee is Taf, thematic varieties of coffee from countries such as Ethiopia and Costa Rica are also offered, while there are also innovative filter extractions with head barrista Antonis Parasiris.
