Review for Estrella Bar&Dinner

We go to the Estrella bar&dinner every week to participate in the quiz night. I have pretty good overview of the restaurant. They staff changes a lot and this is the main problem. The food is generally good unless they change the chef at some point, then the food suffers from this change as well. Same goes for the waiters. They are understaffed and they change all the time and the service is always slightly above average. Sometimes not even that. They have a lot of space and pretty big kids corner. The garden is also nice, but needs refreshing. Overall it is a good restaurant and could be a lot better with a little investment from the management.
