Review for Dieci Boutique Restaurant

It was an exceptional culinary experience which exceeded our expectations. Every meal was beyond delicious and so beautifully presented like pieces of art. The hospitality, atmosphere and service of the owners are something unique that impressed us a lot and left a feeling of warmth, closeness and curiosity to visit again some day.

Dieci is not just a great restaurant. One of the things that left us wide-opened in awe is their devotion to sustainability and how well they’ve organized everything they do to express their beliefs in zero-waste concept, recycling all their paper, plastic, glass, metal, food waste and creating their own electricity through solar panels. They are so keen to work with local Bulgarian products and producers, which is very inspiring and heartwarming how much effort they put in this. They also have their own garden, their own bees, they hunt some of their meat…It’s just absolutely astonishing all that they’ve created and continue to develop.

The location is quite remote to a quite, incredibly beautiful countryside in central Bulgaria but it is totally worth it to drive there and tap into their world.
