It was our first visit to Dieci Boutique Restaurant in Devino, and we were fortunate that it coincided with a truly special event — Dining Under the Michelin Stars. What an extraordinary evening!
From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, setting the tone for the impeccable service that followed throughout the night. The team made us feel both relaxed and genuinely cared for, which elevated the entire experience.
The twelve-course tasting menu was nothing short of remarkable. Chefs Gianfranco and Anna curated an unforgettable journey through flavors, joined by their close friend Chef Daniel Galmiche — the renowned French chef with four Michelin stars to his name. The menu alternated beautifully between the finest expressions of traditional French cuisine crafted by Chef Daniel and the elegant, modern interpretation of Bulgarian cuisine created by Chef Gianfranco.
Each course was thoughtfully designed, flawlessly executed, and presented with refined elegance. The combination of flavors was exceptional — delicate yet bold, creative yet deeply rooted in tradition. It was the kind of dining experience that stays with you long after the evening ends.
