Restaurant Fish & Zelenish is a restaurant inspired by the Mediterranean in every way: from the food, to the interior, to the music. We strive to combine the local gastronomic specialty of Vojvodina and the Mediterranean spirit in an authentic and personal way, with dedication, enthusiasm, and creativity.
Our menu is a combination of Mediterranean and traditional flavors. It is based on seasonal ingredients, deep love for the country and local climate, and systematic research and appreciation of the great gastronomic tradition of the Mediterranean.
Fish & Zelenish purchase vegetables, fruits and herbs exclusively from small local producers. We strive to continuously inspire and support them, insisting on quality, which is the essence of our gastronomic philosophy. Fresh fish, seafood, cold-pressed organic extra-virgin olive oil, sun-dried black olives, oregano and salt flowers arrive from the Mediterranean.
Through employee education and the slow food concept, we promote values ​​that have not only a gastronomic, but also a wider cultural aspect. We strive to convey the awareness that nutrition and attitude towards food bring us closer to our true being. Through small plates, we offer you the opportunity to try many different flavors, but also to share them with dear people, which is the foundation of Mediterranean gastronomy. Our mission is to witness a certain aesthetic of living and enrich the people of our region, as well as all friends and guests who visit us, through the plate, ambience and service.
