The initiator of Psariston, Vassilis Akrivos, together with his team, searches for fresh fish and seafood to create delicious dishes with raw materials from the Greek sea. At Psariston, the goal is to try new dishes and fish appetizers made with fresh ingredients and inspiration. We try seafood and fish such as quinces, lobsters, shrimps, mullets, mullets, bouillabaisse as well as umami proposals that stand out such as tempura octopus, tuna tartare, noodles with eel, Simiaco shrimp with ginger, opson (fresh tuna marinated in a bun) and tacos with tone!
