Bukia and Sychorio is a traditional tavern in Larissa with Greek cuisine. The menu captures, in unique flavors, the culinary experiences from the travels of Achilleas and Dimitris Thodos. Cooks themselves, they combined flavors and aromas from Thessaly and other places around Greece and made sure to creatively elaborate the recipes with their kitchen partners. Try cod, smoked mackerel, grilled octopus, Saganaki mussels and other delicious dishes cooked at home. The cellar of Boukia and Sychorio has been created with painstaking effort and is rich so that you can combine the right wine with the corresponding flavors. The search for small producers from every corner of Thessaly has filled the tavern with fine tsipouras from Thessalian land and Tyrnavos, but also selected wines from the “Yatsas” Organic Vineyards.
