An old mansion of Kifissia from the end of the 19th century. A taste journey inspired by the simplicity and deliciousness of Italian cuisine. The word “Monzù”, derives from the French “Monsieur” and refers to all the professional chefs who trained in France during the 18th & 19th centuries, worked for the aristocracy of Southern Italy and defined what we know today as Italian traditional taste. Try a modern approach to classic Italian flavors, presented in a different way, through the experiential perspective of chef Yiannis Liokas. Pure and selected raw materials, handmade pizza dough with biga sourdough, handmade pasta, meat and fish in perfect balance and techniques that borrow elements without being trapped in geographical culinary stereotypes. The cocktails have been edited by Spyros Kerkyras and his team, Lykourgos Christothanopoulos and Yiannis Karapas.
