Laganum
The first vegan restaurant dedicated to the flavors of “Botas” opened its doors in bustling Gazi. A few meters away from its sibling “Treis Laloun”, which changed the data for vegan restaurants in Athens, Laganum is already being talked about loudly in the vegan circles of the city. And not without reason, since none of the favorite dishes from the neighboring country are missing from its menu. Pizzas with handmade sausages, in original recipes, but also in more provocative ones, such as Tex-Mex with pea protein, corn and red beans or hot with sriracha sauce and handmade suzuki, all emblematic pasta dishes from all corners of Italy, such as napoletana, carbonara, bolognese, cacio e pepe and even vegan marinara, creamy risotto and barley, while of course the meal could not be complete without tiramisu with cashews and coconut milk. You will accompany all this with wines or beers of small producers, Greek and foreign, from the wide variety of Laganum. Laganum is an all-day destination, since it opens its doors from the morning with a rich selection of coffee, drinks, smoothies and brunch.
