Every evening from Monday to Saturday you will have the opportunity to try and discover new dishes from the oldest cooking recipes, characteristic of the autumn-winter period in the country of Boots. In the new season, products such as purple potatoes, guilla, wild boar meat, mullet fish, green homemade spaghetti, tender French roosters, a variety of root vegetables and many more original flavors and combinations, served in the company of first-class wines from leading Italian wineries.
