New wine bar – restaurant that raises the bar high, since it bears two great signatures: the wine list has been edited by the “master” Dimitris Hatzinikolaou, while the menu is by Christoforos Peskias. In a space with a contemporary aesthetic in tones of gray and burgundy, around 150 labels from the Greek vineyard (20 of which are also served by the glass) are married with a remarkable variety of local cheeses, cured meats, alipasta, as well as multidimensional Greek dishes with emphasis on quality domestic raw materials. Wine tasting evenings are also hosted on site, where the wines of an estate are matched with a special menu each time.
