The Henhouse is a new bistro that opened in December 2018 at 8 Faneromenis Street in Cholargos which took its name from Esther Clark the Henhouse Bootleger who went down in history because during the prohibition era in America she hid large quantities of illegal alcohol in nests in the coop of her house. Henhouse is dominated by an impressive bar, retro lighting and dark marble tables while the petrol shade on the walls creates an imposing atmosphere. We suggest you try the cold fresh pumpkin salad (pumpkin spaghetti with fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes, cashews, fresh lime juice), another chicken salad (breaded chicken fillet, peanuts, framboise vinaigrette), sea bass ceviche (sea bass fillet with herbs, green apple, fennel, fresh lime juice), sweet potato (whole baked sweet potato, sour cream, crispy bacon) goat cheese chevre (goat cheese in handmade tempura, forest fruits, pickled onion, chive oil) ricotta gnocchi, angus burger (minced meat, melted cheddar cheese, grilled tomato, coleslaw salad, onion, fried egg) New york steak 250gr, salmon fillet.
